A Happy Christmas from a Brand Day Out
Christmas is always a prime time for the publishing industry and indeed any other. This year, no doubt, there will be a surfeit of literature given as gifts to loved ones and, for the first time, the beginning of the “adoption curve” for e-books and e-readers. Such is the nature of change.
Of course, at this time of year it’s less about gifts and giving and more about coming together in homely places, wherever they may be. So, rather than write about the marketing of books and information – such a crass thing to think about at a time of spirituality – may I just wish all our readers across the kingdom and around the world a very happy Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous new year.
